Steps for Abstract Submission
Abstract Submission Guideline
- Abstracts must be clearly written in English and submitted prior to May 30, 2022. Authors may further edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline.
- Authors are required to indicate the presentation preference between oral and poster. The Committee, however, reserves the right to make the final decision on the mode of presentation and conference topics.
- Acknowledgment of your submission will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the primary author. Please make sure that you receive an e-mail confirmation after making your submission. If you have not received the confirmation e-mail, it means we have not received your abstract.
- Submitting an abstract implies the following agreement from its authors: publishing of the abstract in the ICEF 2022 abstract book and presenting author's attendance at ICEF 2022
Format & Content
|Title||Use a concise title that indicates the content of the abstract. The title should be capitalized the first letter and should not exceed 30 words.|
|Authors||Full names including surnames for each author must be provided. Do not include a degree or title. Presenting author’s name will be underlined. Corresponding author’s name should be marked with asterisk (*) following the name.|
|Affiliations||Affiliation should only include institution. Do not write the department or street address of the institution.|
|Contents||Abstracts should not exceed 500 words or less; the submission system will not accept anything beyond that. Abstracts will be reproduced exactly as submitted.|
